Windows: 3 Track glazed aluminium sliding windows with safety grills.

Flooring: Living, dining, bedrooms, kitchen, balconies with good quality vetrified tiles.

Kitchen: Polished granite slab for platform with stainless steel sink and 2" height glazed tile dado.

Toilets: Anti-skid ceramic tile flooring and glazed tile dado upto 7" height. Parryware sanitaryware and jaguar CP fittings or equivalent.

Electrical: ISI mark concealed copper wiring with modular switches.
Electrical points for split AC in master bedroom.
TV and telephone points in master bedrooms and living room.
Sufficient power points will be provided in the kitchen and toilet for gadgets like gueser and exhaust fan.

Painting: Inside one of primer, with two coat putti, with two coats emulsion.
